SPINACH CRISPY
You’ve heard of kale chips, beet chips and even apple chips… what about spinach chips? They’re delicious and easy to make! Give ‘em a try!
Ingredients:
2 large handfuls of spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp Italian herb seasoning
sea salt to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Evenly coat spinach leaves in oil, seasoning and salt. Place leaves on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 9-12 minutes until crispy.
